When an appointment is cancelled, the time slot is offered to the patients who are first in line. First come, first served.
Log in to to see the offer. If you get the appointment, it's shown on the portal. If anyone beats you to it, you will be informed right away.
Many medical and dental appointments are cancelled at short notice. These empty time slots can be difficult for staff to fill, so this is where Zymego comes into the picture.
Patients who have a medical or dental appointment at a clinic that is connected to Zymego, can register on our web portal to get an earlier appointment. When an appointment at the clinic is cancelled, the empty time slot is automatically offered to the patients first in line on our waiting list. The first patient to accept the offer, gets the appointment. Patients can also reschedule and cancel their appointments via Zymego. Login with BankID (electronic ID) to get access to all the features.
You always keep your original appointment until you have accepted an offer and received confirmation of your new appointment. If you have not received confirmation, you still have your original booking. You can always view your appointments under "My appointments".

2. Click on an appointment
3. Select reschedule.
4. Select an available appointment.
5. You will receive confirmation on the portal that the appointment has been rescheduled.
6. You can see your new appointment under "My appointments".

Who receives offers is decided by the order on the waiting list and medical priorities determined by the care provider.
If you don’t show up or cancel less than 24 hours before the booked appointment, your care provider’s regular rules apply. Most care providers charge for no-shows and late cancellations.
Many appointments are cancelled at short notice, which creates empty time slots that need to be filled. However, doing this manually takes up valuable time for staff. Therefore, we have created a solution that ensures that time slots are not wasted and that staff can spend time on patients instead of administration.
We handle personal data in accordance with the GDPR in Europe, and cooperate with European IT providers for encryption and storage of personal data. Zymego has been developed with a strong focus on data security and continuously follows the latest security recommendations. We only handle data related to appointments and scheduling.
