When an appointment is cancelled, the time slot is offered to the patients who are first in line. First come, first served.

Accept the offer

Log in to to see the offer. If you get the appointment, it's shown on the portal. If anyone beats you to it, you will be informed right away.

Want to know how Zymego works?

Many medical and dental appointments are cancelled at short notice. These empty time slots can be difficult for staff to fill, so this is where Zymego comes into the picture.

How does Zymego work? 

Patients who have a medical or dental appointment at a clinic that is connected to Zymego, can register on our web portal to get an earlier appointment. When an appointment at the clinic is cancelled, the empty time slot is automatically offered to the patients first in line on our waiting list. The first patient to accept the offer, gets the appointment. Patients can also reschedule and cancel their appointments via Zymego. Login with BankID (electronic ID) to get access to all the features. 

What happens to my original appointment if I sign up for an earlier appointment?

You always keep your original appointment until you have accepted an offer and received confirmation of your new appointment. If you have not received confirmation, you still have your original booking. You can always view your appointments under "My appointments".

How do I reschedule my appointments?

1. Log in with BankID (electronic ID). Scheduled appointments at the clinics connected to Zymego are shown. 
2. Click on an appointment
3. Select reschedule.
4. Select an available appointment.
5. You will receive confirmation on the portal that the appointment has been rescheduled.
6. You can see your new appointment under "My appointments". 

How do I cancel my appointment?

1. Log in with BankID (electronic ID). Scheduled appointments at the clinics connected to Zymego are shown. 
2. Click on an appointment
3. Select Cancel.
4. You will receive confirmation on the portal that the appointment has been cancelled.

How does Zymego prioritise which patients get offers of earlier appointments?

Who receives offers is decided by the order on the waiting list and medical priorities determined by the care provider.

What happens if I miss an appointment that I received via Zymego?

If you don’t show up or cancel less than 24 hours before the booked appointment, your care provider’s regular rules apply. Most care providers charge for no-shows and late cancellations. 

Why is Zymego needed?

Many appointments are cancelled at short notice, which creates empty time slots that need to be filled. However, doing this manually takes up valuable time for staff. Therefore, we have created a solution that ensures that time slots are not wasted and that staff can spend time on patients instead of administration.

How do you work with personal data storage and IT security?

We handle personal data in accordance with the GDPR in Europe, and cooperate with European IT providers for encryption and storage of personal data. Zymego has been developed with a strong focus on data security and continuously follows the latest security recommendations. We only handle data related to appointments and scheduling.
